Compare versions of a PDF document |

1. | Choose Document > Compare Documents. |
2. | Specify the two documents to be compared. If the documents are open, you can select their names from the pop-up menu. |
3. | Under Type of Comparison, do one the following: |
| ΓÇó | | Select Page-by-Page Visual Differences to find any layout differences between the documents. Select the level of detail you want from the pop-up menu. |

| ΓÇó | | Select Textual Differences to show which text has been inserted, deleted, or moved. Select Include Font Information to find any formatting differences. |

4. | Select the type of report youΓÇÖd like to generate. |
When you hold the pointer over a comparison mark in a consolidated report, the compared text is displayed. |
This feature is not available if you are using Acrobat in a browser window. |
